HELLO! Carrie here, and I am the creator of Just Balloons — Depending on your perspective, you would call me Head Chief and Bottle Washer, Big Toe, Sgt. Hulka or Top Banana! I have been making Balloons for over 10 years with a few breaks in-between. I am so happy to be part of Barrie now and grateful to my Tony for allowing me space in his Barber Shop to create for you and give me a place for your pick ups!
